We made a special run in OD Green for one of our military clients and have a few hundred left over. When they are gone they will not be made again.
These non-slip parts trays are used by military and civilian small arms armorers to keep all those pins and parts from rolling off the work bench and getting lost.
Avionics technicians also use them to those tiny screws from magically disapearing.
Features non-slip (inverse golf ball pattern) Silicone rubber tray holds small parts while maintaining a clean work space.
High semi-rigid walls prevent pins from rolling off the tray surface
Got it dirty, dusty, oily, greasy? No problem! Wash it down with a little soap and water and you are back good-to-go.

They're a bit smaller than I thought they'd be but still useful. I have a pile of crap on the table next to my chair so I utilize d a couple there. They're also handy for small parts, screws and stuff when you're rebuilding or repairing stuff. Not really big enough for tools really, but handy!
While I bought one of the larger trays to keep in my tool bag along with the electronics repair toolkit and other around-the-house tools (as I am always losing small bits and pieces), I discovered that THIS tray is the perfect size for the fountain pens I use daily. I have an old roll top desk with cubbies and this fits neatly into them, and my 4-5 pens — all color-coded for various uses — lie safely side by side in this tray. The green goes nicely with the old finish in the desk, rather woodsy-looking, and the pens don’t get beaten up or scratched . Love it. It would also be great for laying out in the evening the regular jewelry I wear but take off at night, no earrings falling onto the floor, no scratching of watch faces, no tangling with other stuff. i could find more uses but my wallet keeps saying no, so for now — great for pens on desktops not rolling away or getting scratched in drawers. Perfect.
This parts tray is something I didn't think I needed, but I love having it. It holds most things I use regularly (keys, light, knife, pen, etc., and does it dependably well. It takes up little space, stays where I put it, and also functions as a parts holder, hence the name. I've taken it with me on the road, and I use it when I change straps on my watches. It's simple, solid and very useful.
