We are both proud and excited to now carry Maratac™ brand Zulu® watch straps. These straps are everything we could want in a watch strap for use in a high stakes environment. The nylon is both soft but firm with laser burnt holes leaving no nasty burrs to irritate your wrist or wear on your wet suit. The buckles are made from brushed high grade 316L Stainless Steel that has extremely low (if any) magnetic properties making these straps ideal for use with your dive compass as well as your watch. These bands are a one-piece design that weaves through your watch for maximum watch security during wet operations or just around town. King Neptune has enough watches. He doesn't need yours too. We would gladly put these bands up against any other band on the market as the most rugged and secure available. Solid and robust with no frills.

Just In: Maratac™ Zulu® 4 buckle bands. These bands have an additional set of rings that prevent any possibility of your watch moving on the band. These bands also are available with Darkened "Low-Lite" finished 316L Stainless Steel hardware or simple brushed 316L Stainless finish.

(Note: 20mm Fits SARs and Marathon Navigators and many civilian watches, but you should measure to be sure)

(Note: 22mm Fits Most Luminox and Seiko Dive watches, but you should measure to be sure)

Best made watch straps ever!

This will be my 3rd and 4th Zulu strap from Maratac. They're well-made solid straps that last forever. My first one is still running strong and tough and that was 5 years ago! They're comfortable, and really well finished, not like the trash straps you find on the cheap elsewhere. These aren't even that expensive, but they sure are top quality.

Long enough for a trim, but VERY stiff

I own dozens of NATO bands in all sizes and lengths from a number of manufacturers. While I do appreciate and like the durability of the Maratac straps; they are extremely stiff and do not conform well to the contours of my wrist.

This, in turn, makes the watch sit a little higher on the wrist and, for a large watch; can make it somewhat obtrusive when working in close proximity to hard surfaces and/or a pain to get sleeves over the watch.

I may just cut the lower "keeper" strap section and use it as a single pass NATO but that also deletes the symmetry of the ovalized buckles. The length of the Maratac straps is just right to follow through the buckles, turn back on itself and trim the excess to tuck in. I use a CR2032 battery as the template for cutting the curve at the end.

The Benchmark

These 4 buckle straps beat everything out there. The nylon is strong but not stiff. Length will fit most every human wrist. Extra buckles are not only functional, but they add a rugged “Go anywhere” look that especially compliments large dive or tactical watches.

The very best, period.

In both functionality and style, you cannot do better than the Maratc Zulu watch strap. I 've trusted in these straps for years in some of the most austere environments you can imagine, without failure. Add to that the eye catching coolness and compliments you'll get from wearing one of these with your dive watch... how can you go wrong? Strap up with a Zulu, and even if your not, you'll be viewed as a true professional, with real cool guy style.

Very nice

These are heavy duty and longer than i need as though my preference is wearing a dive watch i do not dive. The length i suspect is for the use over a wet suit. I have since trimmed it and used a flame to reseal the end and it works great!
I have since ordered several other straps that are shorter and made with lighter material and love switching them out which is half the fun.
Before and after pics.
