This simple single blade knife was inspired by the knife that Grandpa used to carry. It is a gentleman’s knife that is small enough to fit in the coin pocket of your jeans (or even attached to a watch chain), but large enough, and constructed well enough for everyday use. The Matte Safety Orange G10 handle both makes a visual statement, as well as making the knife harder to lose.

That’s where the similarity to Grandpa’s knife ends. The Key Chain Slip Joint knife’s modern construction has two solid steel liners, embedded between two contoured Custom Matte Safety Orange G10 handle scales make this knife stand out from the crowd. The blade is mirror polished Swedish Sandvik 12C27 steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60 HRC, providing outstanding edge retention of its hollow ground blade. The attention to manufacturing detail, coupled with its quality parts provide for smooth blade action. This is sure to be the heirloom knife that will be appreciated when you pass it on.

Great little knife!

The orange color is cool. The main blade came very sharp, but the hooked blade needed some honing to get it to cut well. The hook is great for opening snack food without having to deal with tearing or pulling the package open (and risking spilling the contents). With the hook you get a clean cut every time!

I haven't used the screwdriver yet, but the cap-lifter has seen lots of use.

I also love the diminutive size. It goes unnoticed in my front pocket until I need it.

If you're on the fence about getting this knife I say that you should just go for it!

Nice key chain knife

I have used the single blade version of this knife for quite a long time on my key chain. Now with the additional tool that has a seat belt cutter in it. I had to buy it and make the switch. The orange is helpful in locating the keys in a hurry. Hopefully they don't put glow in the dark scales on this one or I will be needing to buy a new knife.

A sturdy companion

This little knife is more like a small tool. It's very well built and the main blade is very sharp on arrival. The bottle opener works (cheers) and the handles are textured just enough to ensure a grip without clinging to the inside of my pants pocket. This is now my new "gentleman's" knife that I carry in the change pocket of my pants.

Small Pocket Knife

This is a good quality small knife, very pocket friendly or good for a keychain. Despite its diminutive size, it's still capable for most EDC tasks. I haven't found a use for the hook cutter yet, but I still think it's a nice addition to the screwdriver/cap lifter tool.

Nice and handy and it is a real knife

Great size, shorter than my Gerber EAB and like a toothpick overall in comparison. The knife blade is as sharp as I could wish, shaves, slices paper. No bolster, though. The utility blade's package opener is also sharp, makes short work of loose threads or cardboard. The slipjoint mechanism is crisp. Two blades makes it insignificantly heavier and thicker than the single blade taupe handled CC Boker keychain knife, and I prefer the versatility.

Can't think of a single thing I don't like about it honestly, though if it had a clip I might, or might not, like that even better. Oh and in the bottom of a pocket it is a lint magnet, but that can't be helped, unless there is a sheath or pouch available. (Or I could carry it on a keychain, as the name suggests.)

Assuming it holds up, and I see no reason why not - a solid but.
