The modernized construction, which is based on solid steel liners, is embedded between two Ebony handle scales. The Swedish Sandvik 12C27 steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60 HRC, provides outstanding edge retention of the hollow ground blade. The high quality manufacturing, with a smooth blade action and optimized operability.-

The Boker Plus Tech-Tool is a pocketable multi-tool great for everyday carry. Offering several necessary tools in a compact package, has attractive carbon fiber laminate handle scales and stainless steel tools.
The Blade: Equipped with a single polished Sandvik 12C27 stainless blade for the majority of daily cutting tasks. Medium tension on the traditional slip joint offers friendly and smooth function.
The Handle: Ebony contoured handle offer a fresh appearance to this useful everyday tool. Placed over skeletonized stainless steel liners, the handle scales have a thick base with chamfered edges for durability and comfortable in hand experience. Glass breaker tip and tip up or down stainless steel pocket clip.
Includes the following tools (4Cr13): glass breaker, large screwdriver with bottle opener and wire bender/stripper, small serrated blade with screwdriver tip, foldout lanyard hole, corkscrew.

I had purchased a similar Boker EDC knife from CountyComm in the past which is my favorite knife to carry. However, I had lost that one and wanted a replacement, and actually bought this one in too much of a hurry when it went on sale. I failed to notice the differences when I bought it. This one has a corkscrew, where the other model has a Phillips head driver. Also, this one is lacking the pocket clip. However, I can't give it fewer stars as those may be the exact features someone else wants, and I'm not going to degrade my rating of a product because of my own lack of attention! This is a nicely made knife, and the handle material is very classy. I ended up trading this knife with my son for the other model, so now we're all happy!
