I’m so stoked on this bag! Perfectly sized to replace my old wearing EDC; love the side-access zipper pockets, and the soft liner inside is a big improvement. Took me no time to start putting this bag through the ringer and it’s held up amazingly!
For Scouts, we require the youth to carry a day pack. It needs to have the 10 C's of survival in it. I have struggled to find a pack that can do that and can look good at the same time, not be so big that I don't want to carry it, and not be heavy on its own. This is all of these things.
I didn’t realize quite how small the bag was until I got it. I got it to use as my everyday bag in NYC. By the time I put a sweater, my laptop and a couple of magazines in it the bag is pretty full.
I did replace the cheap zipper pulls with the glow in the dark ones from Countycomm, which made an improvement.
As long as you manage your expectations it’s a great EDC bag.
Great bag but we need a Rev 6 with a rain flap and outside water bottle pocket. Some padding on the shoulder straps would be nice also.
This is a very nice well made everyday carry bag the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is it seems pricey for the size of the bag. And if I could have one area to improve would be the waterproof section at the top if it was removable such as double layer zip in waterproof section instead of having it permanently fixed would really be a nice improvement other than that it's a very well-made bag.
