This revolutionary new product has thousands of uses, everywhere. It is ideal for ideal for use on signs, displays, buildings, steps, stairs, and doorways. Product is currently in military use to mark survival equipment for fast deployment in all conditions as well as other uses.
100% of the surface area is BOTH Reflective AND self-luminous
M-Flect reflects white, AND then glows yellow-green
Non-toxic, non-hazardous, and waterproof making it ideal for use inside and outside.
The material is visible through fog and smoke and reflect equally well wet or dry and from oblique angles
M-Flect is a thick (1 mm) slightly stiff tape that is very sticky however, the stiffness does still allow it to make some curves like on a bicycle frame. It is primarily ideal for uses on flat surface or those with gradual curves.
Of course it needs to be stuck to a clean dry surface. It’s not completely magic, after all.
The glow in the dark material is located under the reflective layer, yet it shines through. Charging the tape for a few minutes will allow it to glow for hours. An hour in the sun will allow it to glow all night. It starts off with a high intensity, then gradually fades, but it is still bright enough to see in the morning
County Comm just completed a government order where we used M-Flect to mark the exterior of survival kits and had left overs.

My camper has a storage box added to the rear 2 inch hitch. I also have a radiator protector "grill guard" added to the front. I bought a few boxes of these reflectors to add to the front and rear and sides of both vehicle extensions. As I am mainly concerned about their reflective ability at night, I tested with a "not so powerful" flashlight at about 100 feet. VERY reflective. Pardon the pun but "it really shines" - dramatically so when hit by a light at night. Just what I hoped they would do.
On my Apple Computer, I have a 10 inch by 2 inches of 3M Red reflective tape. I know that is Computer One of three IN that size! Now Computer 2 not only Reflects Light, it stands out in the dark: It's dark right now in my room, Lit by a Single LED Light (Eco, 6 Volt 4 AA's, bought from CountyComm) . . . The tape is Horizontal on #2, So #3 will have a diagonal, It works for me.
It is not that I dislike light, but I am growing cataracts, and so I want to both Control how I see & what I see, without GLARE.
The Reflective/Luminous combination is Perfect for my needs.
I haven't yet bought any, but opkan to do so. In a parallel universe on another planet long ago and far away we had this stuff ion the parachute loft in rolls, and it was routine to place strips on top of and around flight helmets in case you went in the drink that the search light in the slick might see you. NOT a bad idea to have a few pieces on the rear bumper of the daily driver if you must park on the street at night, or perhaps on the back of your hardhat if you wear one on the job. I plan on ordering a basic load of this material to that this review will be truly legit. The food grade can is a bonus!
Good stuff, like everything else I bought from County Comm.
Great service too!
