The TI Field Watch is Maratac's newest mid size watch into the hacking ( stops the second hand when adjusting the time ) movement market.
This watch is made to exemplify the purest form of time, which provides a simplistic feel to the watch. The TI Field Watch utilizes a Miyota 9015 24 jewel movement known for its superior quality, accuracy and of course it's hacking feature. This movement provides up to 42 hours of power reserve when not in use.
This mid size watch is ideal for both formal and casual events, and is built to last with it's robust sapphire domed crystal.
This is another clean and simple design by Maratac™
Watch Details:
After recently purchasing and being blown away with the quality of the LSA Homage watch, I decided that I needed one of these. I’m glad I bought it when I did, because now they’re out of stock…maybe I got the last one.
This watch is simply amazing. I’d tell anyone to get one, but unless more are made, that isn’t an option right now. I have nothing bad to say about the fit and finish, weight, aesthetics, or functionality - all are basically perfect.
After 24 hours, the movement is within ONE SECOND of accuracy from where I set it. I’m not sure if CountyComm dialed these in on a one by one basis, but I’m speechless at this kind of accuracy from an auto watch. I expect some drift in the future, but if the watch maintains at this level, I will have an auto that will only need to be set once a month, which is unheard of…
EDIT: I have had the watch for one week now, and it has lost a total of 3 SECONDS. I have not adjusted the time once, and I am using time.is as my reference. Again, I find this to be amazing.
Good classic watch, the glow is very bright, the band in my opinion is a little cheap for the price but work I went with a 3rd party leather straps. Very light l forget it on my wrist half the time
I have only had the watch in my possession a few weeks. It appears exactly as described in the photos and the video. Seems to have gained about 30 seconds over the last twelve days. The luminosity of the face at night is very high, but (oddly) I have found it difficult to distinguish the hour and minutes hands upon waking at night. I think this may happen when the hands and the numbers line up and the brightness of each overlaps. (Being a bit blurry-eyed may add to the difficulty, too). The watch has mostly been covered by my sleeves during the cool weather, so I can't report on surface scratch resistance. So far, I rate it at 4.5. If it holds up and gives good service over the coming years, that rating will go up.
Lightweight, looks great. A simple analog watch; every detail works together and that is excellent design.
Now I'm wearing an analog watch on my right wrist and a digital watch on my left, and god help me, it works for me to be the guy wearing two watches.
Great little watch!!!!
