I got this light today and couldn't believe how much I liked it and how good it felt in the hand with all the little details. I love the magnetic tail cap and the USB C input... The UI is simple, and it produces more light than most people could ever need. Knocked it out of the park with this one Maratac!
I wanted to get the $300 “tactical“ brand, but I could not justify the price. This has the same flat form factor with dual LEDs and just as rugged, if not more, being an all aluminum housing. As long as you learn how to hit four taps quickly it won’t turn on in your pocket. It’s a great little light!
Pluses: One of the best flashlights I’ve used so far. Strong body. Great weight. Strong clip. Ease of use. Long battery life. Magnetized base that feels like neodymium. Strong high beam. Long throw. Fast charge. For 69.00, well worth it. Just be mindful of the button when in pocket. Besides that, it’s definitely one of the best.
Hearty little light. Feels sturdy and strong in hand. Very bright and holds a charge. On the flip side, charges quickly and very easy to find the settings you want. The light its self is just a touch taller than a zippo lighter. The belt clip is thin but strong with holes for lanyards or pulls in many thicknesses. Worth its weight.
Perfect size and weight for edc, work, bugout, glove box. Charges quickly making it extremely convenient. Has great lines and knurled area leading to the button. Easy of use is awesome. No more clicking a thousand times just to get the setting right. The clip is strong and wide for belts and loops. I have used this light for two weeks now and have had no issues. Love it. Well worth the price.
