Deployment-Ready Carry
The Modularis includes a custom-molded Kydex sheath designed for the modern operator. Featuring Omni-Directional Clip Points, the sheath is fully user-adjustable for vertical, horizontal, or canted carry on belts, plate carriers, or packs.
The Maratac Edge: The 50/50 balance point makes this knife feel like an extension of your hand, reducing fatigue during extended use and providing surgical precision for fine tasks.

I was concerned it would be too small for my L/XL hands but thankfully, it's not. The knife was loose in the sheath and rattling so I used my mini heat gun to heat it up in a couple strategic spots and slightly press it in for better retention. Also, the edges of the kydex (or boltaron) were sharp and were catching on everything. I took the sharp edges off all around and it's perfect now.
I really wish it had a hole in the end of the handle for a lanyard but that's not a deal breaker.
The clip that comes on the sheath is a very bad design and lets the knife eventually wind up hanging sideways because of the offset mounting. Why in the world there isn't a centered clip on the sheath, supported on both sides so it would hang vertical is beyond me.
If it had a better clip design and didn't have the other concerns I mentioned, it would be a 5 star rating from me.
First off, I had no idea that this was going to come in a very nice wooden display box with laser foam cut outs for the knife, sheathe, and the two additional sets of scales for the handle. So that made for a nice surprise. The knife itself is stout and sharp as ever. Really good form factor, feels great in the hand, wears well on the waist or inside the pocket. Deffinitely recommend.
For what I received, including an absolutely beautiful knife, razor sharp, multiple handles, great fitting sheath w/a nice clip...and comes in a custom wooden box...for that price? Wow. Best value I've ever received, and I'm always hunting for deals. Makes me really want to try one of those Maratac watches... Thank you County Comm!!!
I have yet to encounter a Countycomm item that failed to meet and exceed expectations, and this M390 fixed blade, The Modularis, is no exception. Well built, finely finished and honed to razor sharp perfection. This package would be fantastic value if offered in a lesser steel, but M390 no less?

I correctly assumed it would be of such quality that I should go ahead and order 2 additionals to give as gifts to my 2 oldest, and I am supremely happy I was correct in that assumption. Well worth it!
Really great looking knife which includes a wood effect box and cut out foam and extra scales. Looking at other blades made of M390 steel they all retail at twice the price. Not tried using it yet but if it is like all other CC products I am sure it will not disappoint.

Only downside was the wooden box took a slight knock, CC please put the cardboard box in a separate USPS bag when dispatching
