The Maratac® AAA Copper flashlight was so popular, we had it made in a right angle varient. The same great light in a right angle form factor, featuring a 105 degree beam of projected light for increased field of use and a glow in the dark reflector.   • Flashlight body is machined of solid billet ultra conductive pure alloy 101 Copper.

  • The dome lens has been treated with an AR (Anti-Reflective) coating.
  • Proprietary circuit design features reverse polarity protection and runs off of one AAA battery that provides 3 levels of brightness ( Medium / Low/ High ).

Using a single Duracell AAA battery we got the following results:

  • Low Mode, 5 lumen output for up to 60 Hours ( Diffused Light )
  • Medium Mode, 50 lumen output for up to 4 Hours
  • High Mode, 185 lumen output for up to 75 Minutes

Favorite EDC Light

I've carried some kind of CR123-based flashlight for years and this little thing just dethroned them for every day carry. Significantly smaller, lighter, and AAA batteries are available everywhere without any particular effort. The size and controls are perfect for what I actually find myself using lights for and if I need a 'tactical' light I can fish it out of my backpack. The angled head is super convenient for actual use and clipping it in a shirt pocket or the placket of a buttoned shirt casts the beam exactly where I want. Just for fun I'd love to see one of these with a red LED for more intentional night use.

Brilliantly Useful EDC

This is my first foray into angled lights for EDC, and I don’t think I’m ever going back to straight flashlights. The day after I received this light, my drill press lamp bulb burnt out and I improvised a new one by hanging this handy light from some wire just above the workpiece. Not even a few hours later, I had to fix a leak in a dark room and clipped the light onto my belt for hands-free illumination. Totally worth the money. The copper is attractive and the build quality is totally solid. I have dropped it on concrete several times because of my clumsy mitts and it shows almost no dings or signs or wear beyond the occasional light scratch from my keys or loose change. Highly, highly recommended EDC light!

Throughout my career, I have used flashlights. This is the one that I finally have settled upon. The design is perfect as it cast a perfect spot light beam with no shadows in the center or edges. It’s just a round, beam with no shadows, on the edges or hot spots in the middle. Remember, it has three different levels. On the high, it’s outstanding for aircraft inspection even on large business jets. In a dark, cockpit or cabin it’s perfect because it will tail stand. No more flashlight in the mouth technique. Also, clip it on your pocket, and it will light your way as you move around. A single AAA lithium ion battery will last you what you will perceive as forever and if you choose to carry an if you choose to carry a spare, those are available everywhere and smaller than a charger. The glow ring under the lens is really helpful and will help you find it if you said it down while off in the dark. Additionally, it is built to last, and is a very good looking piece of equipment. You can’t go wrong with this thing, and it makes a great gift. I’ve given several aircrew, a truck, driver, and a heavy equipment operator that won’t go to work without them. If you’re even thinking about buying this flashlight, buy it.

Let there be light, said God, and there was light!

What an awesome flood lamp. This light cannot be beat when you need to light up a whole room and more during power outages or for lighting up a descent work area. Unbeatable quality. Not my first maratac and I expect many years of use from this one just like I've got out of my other lamps for the last 7+years. Highly recommended as all else maratac.
