Turns out, they are quite loud. Santa imagined the children’s joy, blowing Christmas whistles to signal the arrival of presents. Santa was mistaken and endured a stern dressing down from the boss. That they are made of titanium is irrelevant to Grinches. Mostly true story.
I replaced a much heavier plastic whistle on all of my Go Bags with this titanium whistle. It weighs less and is just as loud. I want to keep all of the whistles the same on my family's Go Bags so that the whistle tone can be easily recognized as being from someone in my group. The muted gray of the titanium is less noticeable than the safety orange whistle it replaced. Titanium is just plain cool.
Got it for the neighbor's five year old for safety, whatever. He likes it. Really got into it. Loud enough to get attention!
