It is sized in accordance with one produced by President Thomas Jefferson and includes the Bill of Rights, Amendments 11 through 27, The Declaration of Independence and a complete index of the Constitution - 45 Pages. 3-1/4 x 6-1/2 inches. Published by the National Center for Constitutional Studies, a nonprofit educational foundation dedicated to restoring Constitutional principles in the tradition of America's Founding Fathers.

This booklet contains the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, including the Bill of Rights, and Amendments 11-27, with index.

Don't leave home without the ability to easily access these essential documents.

  • The Declaration of Independence identifies some of our most basic unalienable rights, such as the right to Life, Liberty, and property. (Unalienable means: impossible to take away or give up.)
  • The Constitution of the United States is the framework for how our government officials on the national level are to carry out their duties. It lists specific responsibilities for each of the 3 branches of government: Legislative, Executive, and Judicial.
  • The Bill of Rights is a series of 10 amendments to the United States Constitution that were added after the U.S. Constitution was ratified by the states. These first 10 amendments, collectively known as the Bill of Rights, are mostly clarifying the restrictions that were already placed on the National government in the US Constitution. Among other protected rights, the Bill of Rights prohibits Congress from making any "law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." (Amendment 1). It also expressly limits the powers of the national government to only those powers granted to it in the Constitution of the United States.
  • Amendments 11 - 27 were added periodically from 1795 to 1992 and are official changes made to the U.S. Constitution. Some of these changes include the abolishment of slavery and officially declaring the right of women to vote.
  • This booklet also contains a useful index to the United States Constitution which makes it easy to search for specific words in the document.

These short, but powerful documents are binding on our elected officials and will empower you to protect your rights and help educate others.
