When a special customer requested a small compass that could be used on a variety edc tools we came up with the Thumb Tac Compass. The compass can be used on walking sticks, storage tubes, EDC kits, inside pill fobs, buttons, etc.
What will you use your Thumb Tac Compass for?
Comes in a clear pull tab tube ( many practical uses for storing mini EDC kits )
Spec:
Simply glue your compass to any non ferrous metal or plastic
( 2 Compass Pack )
This little compass is not only accurate but very well made, the only thing i wish it had was a glow in the dark face and needle.
Novelty. These are smaller than those button compasses that come with every cheap "survival" paracord wrist bands. They are very hard to use as finding the right balance is very difficult. Won't recommend.
The 2 small compasses work great, they are perfectly aligned and they are nice, that is they don't wobble around too much.
These are well built, tiny, and actually work. I dropped one into a cold steel training staff/walking stick. The other into an axe handle. Infinitely useful, if not decorative in nature, due to their brass housing. Another "on point" item from CountyComm!
I pasted one inside the top of one of the Delrin 21700 battery capsules and it still works to hold cash no problem. Why one would want to do that is unknown to someone like me, but it seemed like a good idea at the time. One would easily fit on the inside cap of the giant EDC capsule, though that will almost fit the Clipper Compass, so why go small?
