Whether you are opening a door, popping loose flooring, working stuck auto parts or finally getting under the too heavy object that's in the way this is the one tool for the job! I'm not sure why but I have made use of my Hooligan almost daily since I bought it and it's def why I bought another one, cuz ya just never know what life's got in store for ya... (my personal luck, bad. Nuff Sed) Maratac/CC has Titanium on point! At this I'd have to say the Hooligan 12 and 8 are d@mned near indestructible (use best judgement with each job) and that's one man's opinion! Don't be fooled by the wanna-be's and frauds out there, could result in serious injury to oneself, def to one's wallet.
The 12" version of this tool is a very light, strong, & effective tool for so many things. Like possibly rescuing a person trapped in a vehicle, opening crates, prying open rusted hatches, flanges, etc. Or even aligning the holes when reassembling equipment. It's great for demo work, splitting cut wood, digging in tight spaces in stony rough soil while metal detecting, starting holes, as well as breaching doors when appropriate among many many other uses. A very cool but serious tool that anyone who appreciates good tools will be glad they picked one up. Was able to tear down a 3' wooden spool in no time with it and a 6" Ti flat breacher bar.
It's definately worth getting this ultra strong, unique tool, that will likely outlast us all.
Well built and seems very strong and capable looking for to adding this to my kit.
I haven't had the chance to officially use the 12" Hooligan, but from it's form and it's exceptional build quality, I cannot imagine it can't do what it's intended to do....and then some! In my line of work I open a lot of crates, crates with clips, nails, screws...you name it. This 12" version is the perfect size for the leverage I will need to pop the crates open! Oh yeah...it also looks like a Hooligan that can certainly do some damage.
I have this tool in my car at all times along with the larger titanium breaching bar ( i also have the steel version ) It is great working with it on different wood working projects. I use it for dismantling, locking onto hard to reach nuts, prying out nails, splitting small pieces of wood, starting nail and screw holes I can see that it will also be very useful in helping people locked out of their cars or their homes. Like everything a paracord wrap is always helpful
