I have a lot of small titanium tools on this shackle and it works so well I bought a second one.
Very well made, with that "frosted" finish that I really love in the best titanium products. Just note that it's small (exactly what I wanted). I've mounted mine to the outside of a duffel bag as a handy & secure place to attach my keys. A little pricey but very much worth it!
First time I came across a snap shackle was with a Chalker Sling on the job. I fascinated with the strength and security of it. And then you guys have one made of adamantium (lol). Well titanium(I thought skunk works) lol again. Slapped a “REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT” tag and bingo I got my self a key chain worthy of my own SR71. Lol. Awesome.
I was using a brass trigger shackle until I saw this Ti one on County Comm. I attach my keys to my edc Dragon Egg. Added a small diamond knot paracord lanyard to it to make it a little easier to detach it. Great quality as I've come to expect from CC.
This shackle is awesome & so lite. It's going to be my new key ring. My only complaint is that the split ring should have been made of titanium to. When I pull the release it feels like it's going to damage it. I ended up replacing it with a thicker split ring. It's still an awesome shackle!
