Extremely versatile pack

I’m really impressed with this pack even after just a couple of months of use. Very well made, especially the straps which are not too thick, not too thin and hold their shape and orientation when you don the bag. It can hold much more in the main compartment than I thought it would at first, and the various pockets are well thought out. The attachment points on the back are solid but not overbuilt like I’ve seen on a lot of similar utility bags. Just a simple an easy pack that can reliably go above and beyond for large and unplanned loads. Sternum strap might be nice but not a dealbreaker at all.

Great pack

This is a well thought out packed with a roll top, the bag is actually much larger than I thought it was going to be. It will be useful as a personal item while flying. Many pockets give options for keeping items separate. Well padded straps seem very comfortable. Another great county com bag.

Great but.....

Pocket placement is great. Opening the top of the bag is like opening the Arc of the Covenant. If you're not careful the orange liner can cause eye strain and possibly bring back some acid you did in college. I've never had a bottle pocket fit my beer growler which is one of my favorite features. I love the pass thru openings. My dog hates them. This is where I talk about toughness. The bag is great for playing dog toy puppet show. Dog thought obviously a gateway to ****. 20 minutes of thrashing, no buckle or strap or 3M came loose. Smelled awful but oh well. My only and I don't even think you'd call it a complaint is on the inside. If its not packed tightly it shifts. My wife keeps telling me size doesn't matter but if you only have a 11 inch Chromebook and tablet not much bigger than my phone things get moved and bounced. A little more elastic and some webbing for d-rings fix it. Hidden compartment works fantastic for quick draws from many stances for uhh photography. I would definitely buy it again. Wow! That's a serious run on sentence!
