I’m someone that tends to have buyers remorse everytime, I like the hunt more than the find. I don't regret this.
All of the reviews and photos on here seem to be of the wrong back pack so I was a little worried about buying it, I actually messaged a few guys on the Facebook page to ask them their opinions and for more photos.
The pack is lightweight and strong. Will be great for a rainy motorbike ride.
If I could change anything... I reckon it would be that the straps were thicker. It's not uncomfortable, but could certainly help.
I also wouldn't have minded a Velcro patch on the outside.
Great bag. I've been using this for rucking and traveling. One big compartment let's me organize however I want. PALS on the front let's me add stuff. Great price for the capacity.
I have been using this bag for over a year and it still looks brand new, it goes from home to work and back every day! It gets thrown around and slid in and out of my car and Medic unit. Awesome quality! Still wish it had a CCW pocket.
I've had this pack for about a year now so thought I would do a longer-term review. I've used it extensively for gym, for 'rucking' and for short trips.
So far it has held up with zero issues, which is impressive. I use it for rucking which is quite tough on packs as it involves loading your bag with heavy items (I use water bottles) and then going for a hike/run. The pack has handled this with no issues at all. I have added a shaped piece of perspex as a frame sheet to give it some form. If the guys at CC developed a frame sheet for this pack it would be a winner... hint, hint!
The zippers still function at 100 percent, buckles all still good to go, no rough patches on the fabric, the exterior netting pocket has held up perfectly. It remains a very handy pack with lots of space and organisation options.
It would be great if a future version had a dedicated pocket for a firearm and a frame sheet... and maybe some other colour options? Otherwise this is one tough mother of a daypack and I'm very glad I have one.
I've got quite a bag addiction, but have quite a few, so I haven't bought any for a while. I kept coming back to this bag and almost bought it a few times. One day, it went on a Flash Sale, so I bought it and have been extremely happy.
The main compartment is huge and carries a lot of gear. There are plenty of other smaller compartments in this bag, so being able to carry almost anything you want is no problem. Organization is achievable using these compartments, although there is only one admin type pocket.
Zippers are top notch and work easily, even when under a load. The stitching is even and neat. These detail show up in all of County Comm's nylon products. The shoulder straps are comfortable, even with 40+ pound loads.
My only two suggestions for this pack are a stiffer back and loop field or MOLLE webbing in the main compartment. But, those features aren't promised, so you are getting exactly what is described. Watching the video, I could see the lack of these two items, so I wasn't surprised.
It would be nice to see these in a different color in the future, maybe even a camo pattern.
