This SS Stout Commander model has a heavy duty Stainless steel handle with tumbled finish. This knife is built like a tank and yo can feel it!
The Jason Stout designed Boker Stout Commander is equipped with a super robust blade that rides on a smooth ball-bearing pivot to allow effortless one-handed deployment. Its ergonomic frame lock handle provides a natural grip for comfortable daily use. The addition of a finger choil and jimping on the blade offers added control for any finer cutting tasks you may encounter. The Stout is built with a tip-up stainless steel pocket clip and a lanyard hole for everyday carry convenience.
Features:This knife is a daily workhorse that could also be carried as gentleman’s pocket knife.
The fit and finish is fantastic and it comes with a beautiful edge on it.
The handle has an almost Art Deco design that harkens to thr aeronautical influences of mid century designs like an air stream trailer.
The opening is smooth and snappy, the blade is tool grade steel, and the handle is titanium which creates a lightweight but balanced hand feel. I was personally concerned that the clip might be lacking in tension which would lend its self to falling out of my pocket. My worries we’re immediately lifted when I felt how strong yet smooth the clip tension was.
Don’t think twice about springing for this knife.
This is my daily off duty carry. The only reason I don’t carry it on duty is because it’s too pretty.

This baby will get er done.
I have a decent selection of BÖKER PLUS folders. Some are GREAT, with very serviceable VG-10 blades, and generally good construction.
But IMO, some models are ruined (for me) due to the reliance on cutting costs on some models by using the Chinese 'mystery steels' IE: Cr3Mo15xyz *I dislike it so much I've not bothered to commit the name to memory.
& while I'm also wary of Chinese D2 , I have a couple of Boker Plus folders in D2 that are well heat treated, and I'm sure this model follows suit.
But...
As so many Böker Plus knives are just listed as a BÖKER these days, on most platforms, I think it is worth mentioning that while, "most of BÖKER knife production is done in Solingen Germany (a famous knife making city) certain models will be sourced from other countries such as Argentina (Arbolito line), China (Plus line) and France (Opinel line)"

TLDR version:
I am a long time knife nerd, & I love countycomm's offerings overall.
BUT**Not all BÖKER knives are created equally, & I like knowing where my knives are made.
Solid, overbuild EDC knife by Boker, serialized. Came with a practical sheath. Highly recommended!
I received the Boker Stout knife from CountyComm and was astounded at the quality of this knife. The attention to detain is amazing. I love the blade form and shape. D2 is an extremely tough metal and hold an edge. Have had many complements from my colleges on this knife. Several are placing orders for them. Great Product CountyComm. Thanks for your excellence in selecting quality products and your pricing.
