I keep one in my fly fishing pack. It’s on paracord and I use it to find a dropped small fly. Imagine trying to find a size 22 nymph in streamside grass or on the bank. A few swipes with the magnet and most of the time I recover my fly. Brilliant!
Great tool for verifying Stainless steel used in food equipment and great for identifying potential food contaminate to a non ferrous or ferrous source.
I bought this so I don't have to use the public stylus to sign my electronic signature at the store, pharmacy, ect. It works. I would appreciate a stronger magnet if possible.
I do a lot work with small screws, nuts, washers, ect, and I am constantly dropping stuff and watch it bounce off my bench and fall in the carpet or in the cracks in the floor. This magnetic tool is just what I needed. I hooked a medium chain to it and just dangle it around the floor, or the carpet and find stuff a lot easier than crawling around, rubbing the carpet trying to find stuff. Works great for me!
I am a Titanium Freak! And a Building maintenance worker. I use small strong magnets to find screws in finished drywall. Find the screws = find the studs. I loose a lot of magnets. Hopefully this device will find the screws without getting lost. And my order of 100 magnets just came in, we'll see!
