This model features an iron core, providing amazing anti-magnetic properties of 40,000A/m. It offers remarkable magnetic protection with the new iron core, shielding against magnetic induction fields. With a depth rating of 20ATM or 660ft, it ensures water resistance at significant depths. Additionally, the watch comes equipped with a titanium buckle Mil Series black nylon strap.

With an upgraded Miyota 9015 24 jewel movement, this mid-size watch offers superior quality, accuracy, and a hacking feature. It boasts a simplistic design that embodies the essence of time, suitable for both formal and casual occasions. The robust sapphire domed crystal ensures durability, while the watch provides up to 40 hours of power reserve. Crafted from a solid block of Grade 4 Ti-6Al-4V Titanium , it weighs only 2.7 ounces and features a matte finish dial with Swiss Super-LumiNova® Grade X1 for enhanced visibility. The watch is water resistant up to 20 ATM, and its crown is conveniently positioned at the 4 o'clock marker for both left and right hand wear. With a shoulderless spring bar and compatibility with 20mm bands, this clean and simple design is another testament to Maratac's craftsmanship.

I have the larger 44mm pilot from 2012 and still enjoy wearing it. I would really love to see this new pilot with a 12-hour rotating bezel. That would be the perfect watch for me. What say you?

The watch I received has perfect bezel and dial alignment. I very much enjoy the symmetry of the dial without a date function. Titanium is my first choice for a watch case. The watch I received is currently running 0 to +5 seconds per day depending on how I rest it when not wearing it. The lume is glorious! Better than any watch I currently own, which includes Formex, Grand Seiko and Rolex. 40mm with 20mm lugs is the perfect size for me.
I do not wear it on bracelet but a micro adjust would be a good addition for those that do.
My personal preference would be a flat crystal and crown guards.
