These non-slip Afterburner® Glow Ring were developed at the request of a local SAR (Search And Rescue) hero. He wanted a way to mark his gear and zippers with a bright glow tag. He can even write on it with a Sharpie if he wants.
We made a small run for our local hero and his friends and were flooded with requests from other rescue folks, military and even the public started reaching out to us to buy some. Anyone who ever saw one wanted some, so we ran a production run of them so everyone can get some.

I love these things. Very bright, trying to figure out how to make some into earrings per my wife's request.
I attach one to my B,O.B. to find it when the lights go out. They are large enough to not be missed when the sirens sound.
My kid named them this. They glow nuclear bright at first, but most impressive is that they continue to slow burn for hours. They need just incidental exposure to ambient light throughout the day. Caveat though, I'm talking incidental exposure to Hawaii sunlight, so your mileage will vary.
I have one on my keyring and attached one to the pull cord of the ceiling fan. Not sure what's become of the rest because my kid took them.
Minor inconvenience is that they're too fat to fit on a split ring, but for the price, I can deal.
My first 5 pack of these were quickly taken from me by my ravenous progeny. All because I messed up and bragged about my previous CountyComm glow product orders. Too bad I couldn't hide them from my kids - they are so bright it's impossible to hide them anywhere!
