This is THE pencil I'd take with me to H3ll. It feels sturdy enough that I'm confident it would pull through.
The topo pattern CC used is the best pen/pencil pattern I've held to date.
The refill it came with feels smooth. Easy to resharpen. Stock up on some more locally and you've got yourself a BIFL pencil for notetaking, journaling, sketching, doodling... anything at all.
The thickness of the pencil's titanium body is perfect for my long skinny fingers. It's nuances like this that make you want to use it all the time.

Funnily enough, I had to disassemble and reassemble mine shortly after receiving it.
It was sitting on my desk, right? When suddenly - a loud *BOING - PING* echoed through my room. It was the cap of the pencil that went flying all the way to the other side of my desk.
I've disassembled it completely (simple construction, easy to disassemble, precisely machined) to make sure the spring was set in better this time.
Since then, it's been as sturdy as they come. As we've all become accustomed to when ordering from CC.
Both are nice pencils, heavy press.
