1/4" Pen Driver Titanium By Maratac® - Gen 2 - New Small Batch!
Gen 2
Now With Black Ti Dual Nitride Coated Bits
The Titanium Pen Driver belongs in every Technician's pocket. It's light weight, feels as good as it looks, uses standard 1/4" bits and stores 3 extras in the handle. We give you four standard bits, but you can replace them with your mission specific bits.
Length: 5.5” long with bit,
Weight: 2.1 Oz with included default bits
Diameter (Max, excluding clip): ½”
Material/Finish: Titanium/Stonewash Finish
Clip: Titanium Clip and Titanium Screws
Knurling: Golfball pattern with 300% more gripping surface.
Includes: 4 each, 1/4" bits.
Note: While Titanium tools are well known for being light-weight, corrosion resistant and having a low magnetic signature, this tool uses a a strong neodymium magnet to secure the 1/4" hex bit in place. Use care when working with or near navigational equipment or other “magnetically sensitive devices”. (You know what we are saying here, right?)
I started using the XXL Dual-Sided Pen Driver immediately at both home and work. The compact, pen-like design makes it incredibly convenient to carry, and the titanium construction gives it a solid, premium feel. I especially appreciate the built-in bit storage, which keeps everything organized and makes it easy to have the bits I need on hand. It’s a practical, well-designed tool that’s quickly become part of my everyday carry.
High quality, super durable and very reliable! You can't go wrong adding this to your kit
Tools great I’m going to give it 5 stars but if I was going to give it 6.. I wish the pocket flip were a bit more robust I guess. I noticed it bent slightly within the first maybe hour I had it clipped on my pocket.
Other than that wish it could use double sided bits like the xxl and wish the end cap wasn’t a twist on and off but something quicker. Other much larger screwdrivers with the pull out bottoms are super convenient. Still this is the best pocket screwdriver out there.
It’s my go to for HVAC and refrigerant jobs.
I live and (possibly) die by my tools and gear so it's important to believe in the crew making your stuff. I've been a customer for a while and I'm still using the items from my very first purchase in 2010. Best stuff out there, recommend to every tech, mech, gun/ knife person deemed worthy.
