Feel free to customize your scales before install to make them even more unique. Just a dab of glue or epoxy and the scales will stay on permanently after they snap into place.

Ok, so I accidentally selected the wrong design, I wanted topo, but I guess I accidentally ordered the honeycomb... I'm not mad though, bc these still look great!
FIT & FINISH- Fantastic! These are machined SO well that they literally snap into place! In fact I had to wrap mine with a towel, and use a pair of pliers to snap them into place. I didn't use any epoxy, or anything, bc I wasn't positive I wanted to keep them on the SAK they send me, or put them on a different 58mm SAK I have. But I guess they are on this one now, bc I don't think they are coming off lol.
VALUE- I think the value is pretty good for what you're getting it's a fair value for sure. It's right on the line, but it's there. Considering you're getting a SAK with it which usually runs about 25 dollars, and then these are titanium, and machined in house, to such fantastic tolerances I think it's a fair price for the quality of the scales. I would pay it again, but I don't think I'd pay more than 50. I do wish that you could buy JUST the scales without the SAK for 25 dollars... Oh I almost forgot the included bead, and lanyard! More added value!
TIPS- If you're not sure which knife you're going to put them on, or you think you might want to anodize them later wait til you're sure, bc they are all but permanent lol. You might be able to get em off, but it won't be easy, and you may end up ruining the knife you're taking them off of.. maybe the scales too, but I doubt it. I was considering anodizing mine, but was going to do some more research first, and practice on some other things, but again I wanted to try them out and see how they looked first, and now it's too late.
Anyway, all in all Im very happy with my purchase. Just kinda wish I'd have waited to put them on till after I anodized them, and was certain this was the knife I was putting them on. But that's on me. And it's a testament to how well these are machined! Definitely grab some! But make sure you double check that you selected the right ones!! Enjoy!
These titanium knife scales were easy to install and look very classy. I flamed mine to a purple color and they look great!
Used this kit with a Rambler and couldn't be happier! Pressed fit with no adhesive. Machined with excellent tolerances for a perfect fit. Please make these scales in 91mm!
These Titanium scales with topography or honeycomb structure are a great way to individualize your 58 mm SAKs, be it a Classic, a Rally or a Minichamp. Thankfully these scales got slots for toothpick & tweezers, the majority of metal replacement scales doesn't have these. SAK versions with LED lights and retractable pen can't be used with the CC scales, however, there's no shortage for variety ...
Titanium's color can be changed by heating or electrically, so the possibilities for customization are endless ...
Changing scales is the proverbial snap. If you want to re-use the cellidor scales, put the sak (without t&t) in boiling water for a short time, use a screwdriver in the t&t slots to pop them off. Use cyanacrylate or epoxy for glueing the scales to the sak (I'd recommend epoxy). Use a vise for completing the task.
CountyComm delivers a nice packaage here: a Victorinox Classic / SD is included with the scales as well as a nice fob. Perhaps it's possible to offer an option with "scales only".
And I would be very pleased if CountyComm would offer these scales in other sizes, 75 mm, 84 mm & 91 mm. Well, one can dream ...
Came with a SAK 58mm in box and lanyard! I used a rambler for the scales but great to get extras. Least expensive option for Ti scales. I pressed them into the rambler and they did NOT need adhesive! Had to use a small vice. They aren’t going anywhere! Love them and had them within a week. What’s not to love? Thanks folks! I will be ordering from CountyComm again! Completes my Ti EDC!
