Our Smallest Model Ever!
Members of the military Explosive Ordinance Disposal teams wanted a small, light, non-magnetic wrench for working on magnetically sensitive devices, and this is what we provide them:
This is a project we have been working on for two years. Most wrenches are forged from tool steel, but It was determined that this wrench must be Titanium. Why Titanium? It’s extremely corrosion resistant. Featuring No/Low magnetic signature. Extraordinarily strong, titanium possesses a greater strength-to-weight ratio than stainless, steel or aluminum. Titanium weighs about 60% less than steel in density, producing tools at nearly half the weight of steel.
This means that the wrench needed to be machined out of a solid billet of Titanium. Making a adjustable wrench in the machine shop i s a lot more complicated than it sounds.

My husband & I are very pleased with the tiny wrench. Don’t let the small size fool you - it is absolutely perfect. Ladies they are truly great so when you get one for your guy, get yourself one as well.
These titanium beauties not only make great conversion pieces but they are completely functional.
Feels like a toy but is sturdy and very well made. It perhaps a bit too small for many tasks, however. Where it does fit, the wrench is terrific.
I love the fact that it is made out of Titanium, however, the premium construction material, and price, are contrasted by a loose and sloppy adjustment mechanism. Work that requires a small wrench often needs a finely tuned tool.
