Our Smallest Model Ever!
Members of the military Explosive Ordinance Disposal teams wanted a small, light, non-magnetic wrench for working on magnetically sensitive devices, and this is what we provide them:
Weighs: 15.3 grams. About 1/2 Ounce
Grade 4 Titanium
Jaw Opening: .52” ( Same Jaw Opening As 4" Model )
4 Tether Holes
Marked "Titanium - CAGE: 5VKB6"
This is a project we have been working on for two years. Most wrenches are forged from tool steel, but It was determined that this wrench must be Titanium. Why Titanium? It’s extremely corrosion resistant. Featuring No/Low magnetic signature. Extraordinarily strong, titanium possesses a greater strength-to-weight ratio than stainless, steel or aluminum. Titanium weighs about 60% less than steel in density, producing tools at nearly half the weight of steel.
This means that the wrench needed to be machined out of a solid billet of Titanium. Making a adjustable wrench in the machine shop i s a lot more complicated than it sounds.

The Ti Wrench is fully heat treatable and scroll down to see one Tony Fabrioli made for himself. The possibilities are endless...
I haven't needed to use it yet, but it's so small and light that when I do need it, it will sure to be handy because it;s in my EDC.
It is smaller than the 4 inch version
Smaller opening than the 4in version. Not sure what I would use it for, but still pretty cool that its made of titanium. I think the 4in version would provide more torque. But coolness factor keeps this at 5 stars.
Great for little tasks that pop up
Nice Small Wrench
This is a really nice small crescent-type wrench, well made of titanium. I carry it in my EDC for quick fixes.
