Where it all began. To honor the 2008 original that launched the Embassy line, we’re issuing a one-time, numbered Heritage run—faithful to the first-generation design with subtle performance updates and a few select “fancy” anodized colors. Each piece receives our custom matte-brushed anodizing and a Grade 5 titanium clip, then is hand-finished in our private machine lab.

Design Factors :

The Embassy Pen is intentionally engineered not to “post” (the cap does not fit on the back of the barrel). That’s by design, not an omission.

Why we did this

You’ll get your pen back. When someone asks to borrow it, hand them the body and keep the cap—you’ll see why this matters.
Balance & control. No posted cap means better weight distribution and a steadier writing feel.
Durability & seal integrity. Eliminates cap-scuffing, thread wear, and preserves the cap’s seal.
Zero rattle. One fewer moving part in use = quieter, more secure carry.

If you prefer a pen that posts, there are plenty on the market. If you want a rugged, failsafe, multi-purpose EDC tool, the Embassy Pen is built for you.

Refill compatibility: This model is tuned for Schmidt pressurized cartridges (SPR-4 equivalent) due to their consistent dimensions and reliability.
Note: It will not fit Fisher SPR-4 refills; they tend to run slightly longer and vary in length.

Great color!

Beautiful machining on this pen; very well fitted and finished. This is the lightest metal pen, yet seems very sturdy and comfortable to write with. Well balanced. I chose the Zesty Lime color and think it’s beautiful (subjective I know). The other colors are great as well, but blue, black, red, gray have been done many times before, but not so much lime green. Anyway, I’m very happy with the purchase!

Return Policy:

Satisfaction on every purchase is very important to us. You can return the item within ten days for a refund. All non-defective returns, items must be in re-saleable condition. No exceptions. For all returns, please first contact us by email mike@countycomm.com for a RMA number. No return will be processed without a valid RMA number. Please include a copy of your receipt or packing list with your phone number with your returned items. All returns must be sent within 5 days after the RMA number is issued. Please pack the item in its original box with all the accessories and ship your item prepaid.

Note: please insure the item accordingly. In any case, a return authorization number must be obtained before returning any items to us. The return authorization number must be clearly printed immediately beneath the "ship to" address.
