The Awesome Roll Up - Non Slip Project Mats are used by military and civilian small arms armorers to keep all those pins and parts from rolling off the work bench and getting lost. The mat features a wide recessed channel groove all the way around to prevent anything from rolling off into the unknown too.
The Roll Up Mat is the perfect size at 18" x 11", perfect for keeping a clean organized desk or bench with your keyboard, mouse, pens and tools.
Shielding: A desk pad will help to protect your desk from the wear and tear of keyboards, mice, and your own arms.
Traction : A desk pad will add a field of higher traction for keeping things like a keyboard in place, and many also come with elements that will keep more traditional writing implements or styluses from rolling away as well.
Organization: A desk pad will not only help you keep the surface of your desk clean, but also serves to create a distinct space on your desk for various tools to belong.
Sound dampening: If you're a keyboard nerd, you might benefit from a softer desk surface that will help reduce the thudding of a mechanical keyboard.
Got it dirty, dusty, oily, greasy? No problem! Wash it down with a little soap and water and you are back good-to-go.
I didn't know I needed this in my life. I've used many mats and I always wished I could get an armor tray as a mat. Well these guys read my mind and boom, the perfect solution. Do yourself a favor and buy two just because.
Great size, texture is nice. I use it for repair projects and as a mat to keep my lap top from sliding.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE RE SENT TO ME?
We’ve found that these make awesome placemats on the table. They serve as trivets for hot plates, have a molded channel for small spills, and best of all, go in the dishwasher. It’d be great if they came in other colors, but hey, it’s a Guy House.
" keep all those pins and parts from rolling off the work bench and getting lost." The last place I need little pins rolling around is when I'm gutting a lock, and this, the ultimate pinning mat handles the job brilliantly. Put it down, and it stays put. Small parts only wander off maybe 1/4" due to the textured nubs on the work surface. One will not be enough for me.
