+ Built in Afterburner Glow too!
I own three of these lights in two different materials. They make great emergency lights in a compact size. I keep one in each car and one at home. They are bright for their size and well constructed.
I was looking for a small strobe light to mark a location in emergency situations. This unit fulfills that function and works well to provide area illumination and navigation. I would love a magnet on the bottom. I am considering gluing one there.
These lights are perhaps my favorites from CC. Small very bright task lights. Perfect for my EDC. I have the titanium one as well. Great run time and super bright strobe feature as well.
I use this light to illuminate the area behind a bicycle disk brake so that I can see the spaces between the disk and the pads. I find it easy to put this light behind the brakes and then view the spacing easily because holding the light so that the dome is sideways and keeping it at low power allows me to see inside the brakes without being blinded by the light. I used to use a piece of paper to reflect shop light into the brakes but that was too dim and a regular flashlight without a dome was too bright. This light is very small so it can fit in between the various tubes and fittings easily enough. When done adjusting the brakes I use the brighter light to illuminate the area as this light throws out a very soft light. It is also light enough to put into a tool bag for a ride. I know that this is a specialized use, but it fits my needs perfectly.
Great little light . Used to read by placing it on chest on low gave enough light so I didnt need to use headlamp. Maybe next version with magnetic base ?
