Return Policy:

Satisfaction on every purchase is very important to us. You can return the item within ten days for a refund. All non-defective returns, items must be in re-saleable condition. No exceptions. For all returns, please first contact us by email mike@countycomm.com for a RMA number. No return will be processed without a valid RMA number. Please include a copy of your receipt or packing list with your phone number with your returned items. All returns must be sent within 5 days after the RMA number is issued. Please pack the item in its original box with all the accessories and ship your item prepaid.

Note: please insure the item accordingly. In any case, a return authorization number must be obtained before returning any items to us. The return authorization number must be clearly printed immediately beneath the "ship to" address.

I ordered large and small (because medium were out of stock). They appear to be extremely well-made, and I have no issues with the quality. Be aware, however, that the small holes vary a lot with the size clip, i.e., the small clips would not fit on an average sized key chain. It would be nice if those measurements were included in the description.

Large is still pretty small. Lol

The clips are perfectly fine, but they are still pretty small. I see the pictures now, compared to the size of a quarter. I think a singular picture with a large clip next to the quarter, with text LARGE, would be helpful to prospective buyers.

I'm glad I got the large ones & I wouldn't want to have anything smaller (unless there was a very specific use).

Also of note, you can see in attached picture that one of the 3 large clips, the springy wire gate mechanism of the bottom one isn't perfectly full-sized & resting against the stop. Oh well. That will be a light/no duty clip.

Overall I am still happy with this purchase; I couldn't imagine finding another titanium clip of this quality at this price. But I think the imperfection of 1 unit does warrant taking off just one star. Buy multiple, like me, & you should be fine.

As with all countrycomm products, the materials are high quality and the clip snaps shut and really holds

Excellent quality and simple design

Using the small size on keyrings for some time now and just got the large for a safety retention clip on a Mora Garberg.

Works perfectly for quick disconnect to a keychain

The medium flat gate clip works perfectly to secure my Swiss Army Knife to an A&P Key Ring that's connected to my Omega locking carabiner full of EDC tools. The small flat gate clip was too tiny to slide through the eyelet on the A&P Key Ring, but the medium is large enough to connect. This is a beautiful and highly functional item.
