Does exactly what it says. Glow effect is better than expected, even on winter cloudy days. Worth it. Stay better organized.
I use these a lot in my lab, in the field, and at home. Waterproof and inert, and heat tolerant, they even make good solder drip collectors, to protect equipment below. I keep a small version in my laptop case, partly to protect a USB battery, but mainly as a parts tray.
In my food cabinet, I put the oils and soy sauce in these trays to collect drips, keep from having to clean the cabinet.
Mostly, these get used for keeping bolts, nuts, and washers from rolling off, and to arrange parts and electronics, or keep small tools organized and readily available. Being static dissipative makes them great for sensitive electronics. Very good for moving boards around a room between static mats. Though the large parts tray is slightly floppy, and must be supported to avoid spilling (particularly if it gets filled with liquid). Tough material, you can just alligator clip a static strap right to the wall. Easy to clean with soap and water and a brush in the sink, and dry quickly.
The glow is a bonus, because I often have to work with laser goggles, with the lights off. Luckily with the blue and red lasers I generally work with, the green glow wavelength is visible through the goggles, so I can see where the tiny screwdrivers or bolts and hex keys are. The lighter color also has good visibility in normal lighting.
Overall, one of those surprisingly useful tools. I kept needing another tray for some other project or work table, and make good use of the many trays that I have bought.

Works as advertised, fits on the bench perfectly. I had been using magnetic trays. I like this product better. The shipping was fast. The product came well packed. Tks County Comm.
