We had several requests for super strong food grade tins. When Uncle Sam helped out with a large order, we decided to make a few extra for our loyal CC customers. The food grade steel tins are great to store pills, spare parts, tools, EDC & survival kits. Some folks even use them to construct electronic projects.

These handy boxes measure 3.70" x 2.32" x .82". Yes, these are brand new. These are 2.2x the weight of similar size tins do to a much thicker structure.
Countycomm's tins are much better than the thinner altoids tins. They are a heavier guage metal or something. You can feel the quality of them. And the orange inserts are so awesome. In the photo they look like solid plastic. But they are a flexible rubber type material. So you can put them in and take them out really easy. And they fit like a glove inside the countycomm tins. Also I took a piece of gorilla tape and put on the under side of the lid of the tin. And with the insert in the tin along with that piece of tape, it knocks the noise level down big time. So you can still be stealthy if you have loose items inside the tin.

If you have small, precious parts to store, this is a great way to go.

Much Better than Altoids Tins
These are great. They are a lot heavier duty than Altoids tins, and it takes a lot to deform or dent them. The lid can be removed (with a little effort) if desired, and it closes very solidly.
One note about the insert:
There is a small lip around the inside of the tin, and you need to work the silicone insert inside of this lip all around the perimeter for a perfectly nested fit.
