We had several requests for super strong food grade tins. When Uncle Sam helped out with a large order, we decided to make a few extra for our loyal CC customers. The food grade steel tins are great to store pills, spare parts, tools, EDC & survival kits. Some folks even use them to construct electronic projects.
These handy boxes measure 2.05" x 1.10" x .45". Yes, these are brand new. They are 2.5 times the weight and thickness of similar size tins. Mini tin has a slide lid.
These handy boxes measure 3.70" x 2.32" x .82". Yes, these are brand new. These are 2x the weight of similar size tins do to a much thicker structure.
Excellent quality product, I have no complaints. I plan to use them to store basic first aid supplies.
Trust me; you'll be glad you did. These things are the best I've seen. They're incredibly tough and when your friends see yours, they'll want a few for themselves. No, they won't do anything any run-of-the-mill tin won't, except last 10x longer and look 10x better.
Was as expected
Love these as a rtist andnoutdoorsman i use these small tins all the time sadly they dont dont up usually. Thats now fixed these are twins ce as thick and beaustifully made i magine somebody will be sorting these with my possesion after im lomg gone.
I have suffered from Migraines ever since my teen years. A constant part of EDC is a dose of my migraine meds. This box is smaller, sturdier and more refined than any of the cheap Mini-Altoids type boxes. It does a super job of carrying just what I need and disappearing into my front pocket without creating a huge lump. Highly recommended.
The mini tin holds a spark wheel striker, two petroleum jelly infused and well squeezed out cotton balls, a party store gag pyrotechnic candle that won't blow out and an Esbit fuel cube, for starting that emergency fire you need right now. Stash multiples everywhere.
Altoids tin on roids...great buy.
This tin is much thicker and stronger than your run of the mill Altoid tin. This is going right into my BOB.
Industrial Strength Survival Food Grade Tins
I ordered two a few years back, I think they were just out. I've carried one in my pocket with emergency meds. As an aging fellow and at the age where strokes and heart attacks are possible I'm certain to have a half dozen baby aspirin. If I'm out for the entire day I grab a second one for my daily meds. They've been rattling around in my pocket all these years and are still secure. Either has ever opened in my pocket. Now that there is a large one, I'm in for a couple of those. Better suited to those little electronic projects that use the similar sized candy tins. Also will use one to carry EDC and another for small parts in my bike pack. Another well thought and usable product.
