These patches have Velcro hook sewn on the back for easy attachment to any of your gear that has Velcro loop on it.

Well made, stands out, great for identification
This is a fantastic patch to label your supplies with. The bright red definitely stands out and makes finding emergency medical supplies fast and easy. These rubber patches are sturdy, and resist color fading much better than embroidered patches, so you can count on this working well for a long time even in rugged conditions.
Although these patches are overrun stock from a gov't contract, I would only market them as "universal" in a primarily English-speaking environment. On a true "universal" medical patch, I'd really like to see a red cross and a red crescent side by side.
