Needed a watch band long enough to fit over a padded wrist brace. This one does the job. As usual, it was accurately described and arrived promptly.
I'm not sure how many Maratac straps I own, but I know that they are, hands down, the best strap on the market. I bought my first Maratac strap in 2008 and every one that I have bought is still serviceable (although many of them look pretty rough after multiple deployments under harsh conditions). I recently purchased a Sangin Instruments Para Overlord watch that came on a very expensive (between 40 and 50 pounds English) Alpha Zulu strap. After I wore it for a few days, I replaced the Alpha Zulu with a Maratac strap.
I bought a 18mm mil-nato strap from countycomm. It arrived quickly (as all the others I have ordered in the past), it is of good quality(like all the others). I bought it to wear in a Alba field watch. The brushed steel hardware matches the brushed case of the watch.
The only complaint I have is that the strap was not checked before shipping out. The strap was bunched a bit in its baggy and the tang part of the buckle was not resting on the buckle but sticking up against the strap, which could have meant it got bent. However it appears to be sitting against the buckle correctly. So these straps are tough even in the shipping envelope.
I have only had the band for two weeks, BUT it is very comfortable, looks great and seems to be plenty durable. I WILL be buying more!
