Order a couple of pairs for your first aid kit, and your tool kit too.
These scissors are all around workhorses.
I purchased 2 pair several years ago. The last one lost by my son. He keeps a pair in his lunchbox to open packages at school.
My wife carries a pair in her purse, I have a pair in my truck. The scissors stay sharp and are strong.
Perfect compact scissors for small kits. Put the big heavy scissors into your buddy's pack. I don't think it would cut through a penny, but it swims through a dollar bill... dressings and bandages, thread, and even kevlar cord and cable ties. Under half an ounce on my scale. And, I saved 15 bucks on getting my eyebrows and nose hairs trimmed at the barber shop.
These are a stocking stuffer for my wife who make jewelry on the side. They look great and why not get something that glows if you can!
I have several pairs of these scissors, and they are the perfect size for a tackle box, workbench, tool box, backpack.... they are very sharp and cut precisely, making them great for detail work. One of my son carries his in his school backpack, since they are about the only cutting tool you can carry at school. My other son loves them for trimming line while fishing. I can’t speak to their durability, but for the cost, you can buy several pairs, which is what I did.
