True quality can often be measured in weight and this is in fact an extremely heavy pen made to feel sophisticated and robust.
Don't let the low price fool you. This is a great pen, at a great price.

COMPARABLE PENS ARE SOLD AT TRIPLE THE PRICE.
Well, I actually bought two of them, so two tough pens. Life can throw anything at this pen and it’s definitely built to survive it. You might not be able to wear it comfortably in your shirt pocket due to the weight, but that's why pants have pockets. I get a lot of compliments on this pen even though that's not what I bought it for. I absolutely love it and won't go anywhere without it!
My husband got this pen for me as a gift and I've been in love with it from the first time I used it! It's really heavy so feels great in your hands and has a nice smooth stroke. This is definitely a pen I'll keep in the family, I love it!
I have bought 2 of the aluminum pens previously and when I saw the special sale price of the stainless pen I did not hesitate to buy. I love the embassy pen line and I love the grips on the revision 3. It is a little heavy but it still is very usable. Another quality product from County Comm!
The pen is stout and robust love the weight. This one will last for a life time.
Heavier than you would think, so if you like light pens then this is not for you. Very well made, holds the ink tight without rattle or the use of a spring. Clip is strong and double screwed in. Seems to be made out of solid steel billets - the ends are solid straight through giving it good weight and balance. Easy to grip and comfortable enough in the hand. The only con is that because they are so specifically machined, it will not take any other refill except space pen refills. Even zebra g301s normally hackable to fit a space pen won't fit through the opening of the tip. Makes a great fidget, would make a very good kuboton without looking "tactical"
This is the second stainless Embassy pen I have purchased. It is a great product and a pleasure to write with.
Although I understand the reasons for its design, I do wish that it was possible for the pen's cover to be attached somehow to the body of the pen when the pen is being used for writing: it would be much more convenient. However, in its present form, the Embassy is still the best tactical pen that can be found anywhere.
I have the Embassy Pen in every version. The stainless steel is my favourite as it has the balance and weight which I like in a Pen (it is heavy), and the durability of stainless steel.
even tho the original was brass, this new stainless pen feels a little more "polished" and clean in the hand, maybe a little better balanced, still a great and interesting writing instrument with a back story.
It will definitely be the heaviest pen you have ever owned. In your hand it feels like a piece of rebar. It is great all around, the big detractor for most people is the cap will not go onto the end of the pen. What I did was make a loop of gorilla tape on my Rite in the Rain notebook and clipped the pen in the loop. Then whenever I need to write anything I simply unscrew the pen from the cap, leaving the cap in the tape loop. Screw it back in when I am done writing. This way I will never lose the cap.
The stainless version has substantial weight. To the point that one doesn't want to and can't wear it in the dress shirt pocket. Titanium would be a great alternative.
Much heavier than I thought it would be. Feels great in the hand. Standard Fischer space pen refill quality. But the pen itself is awesome.
Ordered on a whim. Truly glad I did. Pen has a nice heft to it. Makes it fun to write.
I am not a pen aficionado and usually don't care what I write with as long as it's got ink. But the CC Embassy Pen just struck me as cool, with a very industrial design. This is a very heavy pen. I would never consider carrying it in a shirt pocket. It also serves as a nice, weighty fidget toy during long boring meetings. All in, a very nice writing instrument, and, in capable hands, a useful defensive tool as well.
