This little tool is lighter and completely reliable in use. Perfect for wearing on a neck chain or attached to a zipper pull on your backpack. This will be my go-to matchless fire-starting tool. It really is the little things that make a difference, and this proves it!
I own one of the previous batch of these. Very compact and lightweight way of creating a spark. Don't need to worry about evaporated fuel or corroded brass. Works well with TinderQuik tabs or other similar tinders.
I keep mine in the pockets of my cache cap along with a tiny zip-top bag of tinder tabs. Literally a fire starting trick to pull out of my hat. I can tease out a bit of fluffy cotton from the end of a tinder tab, put a few sparks on it to create flame, ignite a candle, then extinguish the tab to use the remainder later.
Highly recommend these to anyone who needs a compact fire starter for a pocket survival kit, or needs something for long term storage in a compact form factor.
This striker will be the idea thing for camping or wherever it's needed to make a fire. One thing I wish it had a clip on sleeve over strike part or over the whole thing.

I am impressed with this item. This item allows the user to hold it in one hand and hold the tinder in the other hand. This sparker readily I
lit a small wad of dryer lint and also lit a small sliver of a Weber BBQ fire starter cube. The extra flints housed in the dispenser is a great idea.
