I purchased several items in my last order, with several items being a repeat purchase of the SAPX Special Applications Pouch, a roll of the MARATEC 1" GITD tape, two of the Industrial Strength Survival Food Grade Tins (Gen 2), and rounded it out with a couple of the Solix X3R Pen pouches, two of the Stealth RFID Pouches for friends who travel, and a few window breaking bracelets for the stocking stuffers for people who asked for them.
I had purchased another of the roomy dual pocket SAPX pouches to give to a friend for Christmas,
who was impressed with the quality and improvisational use of this bright orange, dual pocket pouch. The two way heavy duty zippers were quiet opening, material used in design is really tough, (but a bit crinkly loud for sound disciplined environment) and seems to have a water shed coating, an added loop field patch panel, (big enough to easily add a Solix X3R Pen pouch for easy retrieval) and dual tabs you can use to secure it to a pack, hang it up, or add a couple Grimlok carabiners to hang additional items. It's a pouch you didn't know you needed until you need it!
It has survived two hurricanes with one event it being left absently minded behind on a picnic table out in the open where it was heavily rained upon, blown around, and crushed in the end by a fallen tree. Not even a scratch, and thankfully the contents were still as dry as the day they were set inside. Mind you, the pouch luckily landed face down in the yard where the backside was exposed to the elements. Thanks to its bright orange color, it was easily found under the fallen tree! That's one tough pouch, and has easily survived traveling packed or exposed everywhere I have needed it to, and natures brutal elements of rain, wind, and ice as well. I didn't test it in the fire though!
The roll of MARATEC GITD tape is useful for so many things that my original purchase of the 1" and 1/2" rolls ran out within a few weeks of their purchase. It's been used to mark items such as guy lines, Food Grade Tins, walking/hunting trails, writing map coordinates/frequencies/names on it with a titanium encased Sharpie marker taken everywhere with me from another previous CC purchase. This tape is also really easily charged up with the MARATEC UV black light also sold by CC.
And lastly, as we all know, there are a plethora of use for Tins that hold anything from spare parts, compact projects such as MESH nodes or medications/pain relievers/supps (with the added GITD silicone liners- also sold by CC), to fitting an AAA Maratac flashlight or a stash of POP pens! And they certainly look better than an Altoids tin in my opinion!
Many of my everyday use CC products have become integrated into my daily routine, so much so, that I've come to rely on them over the years more so than big chain name brands. This company continues to strive for reliable, innovative, and durable products for not only several three letter agencies, our military, municipalities, or the everyday civilian. Since encountering County Comm many years ago, I've come to experience the best customer service and never have had a service or product complaint. I am a faithful customer of CountyComm, and from experience after experience, will remain so.
